Join Chef Christina Orchid of Red Rabbit Farm for a full day of culinary events centered on pigs and pork and the Farm Olympics. Classes in butchering (10:00 a.m.), roasting (12:30 p.m.) and preserving (2:30 p.m.) pork will culminate in a mouth-watering pig roast at 4:30 p.m.!
