Orcas Island Chefs are Cooking for You! #FoodPorn

WHO’S THE CHEF IN THE KITCHEN?
(Saturdays at 3 pm)
Watch these amazing Orcas chefs personally demonstrate their skills at the Red Rabbit Farm Cooking Barn. Proceeds benefit the Orcas Island Shakespeare Festival.

• February 28 * John Trumbull (Roses). John will show us how to make a wonderful meal with Coffelt Farm Lamb.
• March 14 * Geddes Martin (Inn at Ship Bay). Geddes will bring his Ship Bay- raised Pork to the kitchen and give us techniques for cooking unfamiliar cuts of meat.
• March 21 * Christina Orchid (Red Rabbit Farm). Christina will provide her version of the Spanish table, complete with a Paella seminar and traditional Spanish dessert.
• March 28 * Steve DeBaste (New Leaf Cafe). Steve is a real French Chef and he will share some classic recipes, including tricks and techniques from the French kitchen.

For only $100 per class you can learn from the best! And then dine, drink wine and take home the recipes. Payment may be made at the Office Cupboard or the Chamber of Commerce office. Island Market is the sponsor of this event, and it is hosted by Red Rabbit Farm.
