Every week, the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce randomly selects one of its Facebook Fans for a $10 Gift Certificate, good at any Chamber member business.  This week, we honor 4 Facebook Fans – each one receiving a $10 gift certificate.  Our winners this week are:
